How long until I receive my order?
Each Terra Aurin piece is prepared individually, with care and intention.
Rather than keeping products in stock, we work with a made-to-order approach to ensure every piece receives the attention it deserves.
Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days.
During peak periods or holiday seasons, production times may be slightly longer. In such cases, clear shipping timelines will always be communicated in advance.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the European Union only.
International shipping is planned, and updates will be shared as we expand.
Where are the products produced?
Each Terra Aurin object is handcrafted in Germany, within a quiet studio practice near Wiesbaden.
Are the stones real? Are they raw or processed?
Most Terra Aurin pieces feature natural stones.
A small number of works include either surface-enhanced natural stones or intentionally human-made materials. These distinctions are always disclosed with transparency.
What materials are used for the frame and the fabric backing?
Each Terra Aurin piece uses a box frame and a cotton-rich textile backing, paired with a fiber-appropriate textile adhesive to ensure stable and discreet mounting.
How are the stones secured within the frame?
We use a specially formulated textile adhesive suitable for natural fabrics to secure the stone backing. It’s designed to be flexible and long-lasting without affecting the look and feel of the fabric or the artwork’s overall aesthetic.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
